Chuffed Coffee is just off the main street, making it a hidden sanctuary in the noise of Auckland's Central Business District.

Flatwhite

White walls, single origin coffee and New Zealand wool seat cushions, makes Chuffed Coffee a lovely place to sit and enjoy your coffee in fashion. They also have a full kitchen dishing out items like eggs Benedict, slow cooked lamb and espresso martinis.

The espresso they were serving was the Rocket Espresso Blend made up of 50% Ethipoian Heirloom and 50% Colombian. The Ethiopia Heirloom is from the micro region of Werka Chelchele located in Yirga Cheffe, planted on 1/2 hectare plots mixed in with the family food crops. The Colombian beans come from La Falda which is a 13 hectare farm in Timana, Colombia. With tasting notes of chocolate, cherries and smooth, you can't go wrong with this coffee.

I don’t understand the meaning of the word “chuffed”. Does it have to do with coffee farming?
